The clash has also physically degraded between municipalities and car owners.
Police forces, who have accompanied both sides to the commissions, both the municipalities and the citizens of Kosovo, have arrived immediately at the scene, and are currently being questioned by the investigative bodies.
As a result of the physical crash, 2 Kosovars have remained injured but out of danger for life, while 3 municipalities have been banned.
