This survey extends the citizens' view regarding the main issues about the future of the dialogue process, such as the 100% tax on products of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the border correction thesis, the Association of Serb majority municipalities, as well as the potential topics that citizens expect to be part of the Kosovo dialogue process Serbia.

Currently, Kosovo stands before the establishment of new governing institutions, and the tax issue will be one of the topics which remain related to the dialogue process, due to the conditioning of continuing this process with the removal of the tax on Serbia's part.

On the question of whether the government should suspend this move to pave the way for dialogue with Serbia, most of its citizens, respectively, have estimated that the next government should not suspend the tax to pave the way for dialogue with Serbia.

According to ethnic affiliation, they share 61% of respondents from the Albanian community, 56% of respondents from other communities, not majority, and 10% of respondents from the Serb community.

The idea of reforming the borders, spread in opinion by President Thaci in 2017, had numerous interpretations of what this topic means and what its implications might be. In the multitude of interpretations, the need to clarify this aunt remains obvious. Based on this public opinion research, it turns out that about 45% of respondents have indicated that they understand what the “correction of borders” means. While, 31% of them are relatively clear, and 20% respondents have no qualms about what this thesis means. According to ethnic affiliation, 47% of respondents from the Albanian community, 20% of respondents from the Serb community and 23% of respondents from other communities are clear.

The topic, which had various interpretations about its format and possible implications on the functioning of the state of Kosovo, also causing political polarisation in the country, was also the Association of Serb majority municipalities. In this research, it shows how citizens understand what is meant by the Association of Serb majority municipalities with executive competence. There are 39% of citizens who have indicated that they understand what is meant by “Association of Serb majority municipalities with executive competency”. While, 29% of them have claimed to be unclear, and 27% of them have indicated they have it somewhat clear. On an ethnic basis, citizens from the Albanian community at 41% have a clear basis for what is meant by “Association of Serb majority municipalities with executive competency”, versus 26% of citizens from the Serbian municipality and 17% of citizens from other non-party communities.

Currently, the process of dialogue continues to remain suspended, and the future of this process remains unclear. The topics which will be discussed under this process are not yet known, and which could be part of a legally binding potential agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. According to the surveyed citizens, some of the most important elements that, according to them, should include the Kosovo agreement -- Serbia is found (71%), war crimes sentences (60%), war damages (59%) and apology (56%), the return of the funding (41%) and 38% is estimated mutual recognition. However, differences have been spread among citizens from different communities concerning the elements that should contain the Kosovo agreement Serbia.
