We came from Israel two days ago to cooperate here with local engineers and stay until the end of next week. It is a duty that we as a country feel, to assist any country affected by natural disasters. But we especially feel an obligation to help Albanians, who were close to the Jews at the time of the Holocaust and that doesn't forget, but it turns out in difficult times like the one you're going through.
The largest share of residences that we've inspected in these 48 hours, have taken the yellow cross that shows they're repairable and there can be lived, and only 10 %s of them will collapse. That's the result so far, but there's a lot more work to do, but there's a light at the end of the tunnel.
Depends on the time we stay, it is not only our Israeli team but there are 11 other delegations co-ordinated by the European Union, doing a really good job, specifically yesterday we've inspected 38 residences and returned home more than 100 families”.
“Normically, the weight capacity is not only visible with eyes but also needs further concrete checks, in branding and a more detailed and better control of the object. But right now because we've seen cracks, in these two beams and these two columns we're looking at, even the Israeli group has a device that even looks at the cracks and their depth”.
“Your national challenge is a summary of all the information received by people affected by the earthquake, Albanian and foreign engineers in a digital way. Make it clear that the visualization of injuries and thus serve as an orientation for the next step. We call this in Israel to design the problem, and we want to bring this practice back to”. /Tch
