The inspectorate has said he has notified the competent prosecutor of the case and several investigative actions have been taken against the two police officials who were present when the incident occurred.
“IPK estimates are being carried out on suspicion that police officials have not fulfilled their official duties and that this allegedly criminal acts have been committed by the mismanagement of official position or authority”, is said among other things in the IPK communiqué,
