Acting Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, during the media conference, has been talking about the warned meeting among the Balkan countries on the Mini-Shangen issue on 21 December in Durres.
He said Kosovo has not received an invitation to this meeting, meanwhile, stressed that it will not attend even if such an invitation comes.
The Albanian prime minister has responded to Ramush Haradinaj's statement, under which Kosovo has not been invited to the Mini Shengen table.
