The attack came at the end of a promotional ceremony for conscripts of Belt Security Forces a powerful organisation supported by the United Arab Emirates in the city of al-Deala.
This security force is part of the coalition that has fought with Yemeni's government against the rebels Houthi, writes BBC, translates Periscopi.
Officials have blamed the exactly rebels Houthi for the parade attacks.
