The FFK Executive Committee has held today the next meeting in which issues of importance to Kosovo football were discussed. During this meeting, the course of competitions was analyzed in the year - to - year edition.
In this case, President Agim Ademi and the newly completed EC seminar were considered very fair and of a quality rise. It was also found that financially, there is an increase in investments in several clubs, which gives the championship a stronger distance of racers.
The competitions in the First League were also appreciated by interest and regular flow, as were competitions in the Second League and the Women's League. Meanwhile, the introductory competitions were described as an interesting and orderly flow, but it was estimated that a reorganization is needed in order to boost the quality of the races.
During the meeting, justice was also discussed in the contests of this season, which was a sensitive segment even in this edition, and the EC will try to find advance forms, praising the installation of the VAR system in the form of experimental application.
The EC also examined the recently created situation around The FFK and found that group, clan or individual interests are working at the expense of football, and that at the very moment when Kosovo is in the greatest range of preparations before the historic match with Northern Macedonia, which will take place in March next year, and then eventually even in the finals after 5 days, where our national has the historic potential for qualifications in Euro 2020.
In this case, The EC unanimously agreed to the dismissal of the ER, Mr. Arian Ahmeti, based on his flagrant wrongdoing, being self-contained for the head of the NFF as well as looking for signatures from the assembly delegates, which damaged the image of Kosovo's FFK and football, as well as seriously violating the code of courtesy, the FFK statute and all moral and professional norms.
The EC also made the decision to implement the suspension measures until the final decision for Bajram Zeqiri, who misused his task by presenting unauthorised document to the MKRS, as it is neither a FFK Assembly delegate nor is it authorised for such actions.
EC The NFFK estimates that it is time for the end to stop these unspoiled actions by irresponsible people and recommends that it is now time to put the shared interest of our National before a historic moment ahead of ourselves. EC encourages Assembly delegates that these are only acts of interest group and NFF, and President Ademi has full support of high football associations like U FIFA EFA.
EC The FFK thanks the broad outlook for its continued and uninhibited support of the FFK and President Ademi on the successful success of the Kosovo Football Federation, clarifying once again that President Ademi has the regular mandate until 2022, elected with unanimous support of the FFK Assembly delegates on July 6, 2018.
Several other points were considered at this meeting, among which the EC decided to financially assist the Abazi family, which lost its two sons in the earthquake in Albania.
