In two panel discussions, political representatives, civil society representatives and the media are discussing the framework of the eventual agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, as well as the involvement of women in the peacemaking processes.
The former chief negotiator of talks with Serbia, Edita Tahiri, who said Serbia has never had sovereignty in Kosovo, is also present.
“Dialog has not stopped because of the tax, but that the state of Kosovo was at risk”.
According to her, Kosovo and Serbia are not “two Germany”.
“If Serbia does not recognise Kosovo on the existing borders, so independent state, we will also have war”.
