10 Albanians Arrested for Homelifting in Belgium

After information received on the operational road that a wanted person was located on “Qemal Stafa”, it became the capture and ban of citizens K. D., 45, resident in Tirana, person under investigation suspected of committing criminal acts “rescinding”, “Bug structured criminal”, “The sentence conducted more than once, under the structured criminal group”. Against this person, the Court of First Crime for Tirana has assigned the security measure “Arrest to prison indefinitely “, reports Top-Channel.

Citizens in question were at large after the Court of First Criminal Tribunal for Tirana, ruling No. 69, 25,04,2019, based on criminal prosecution acts No. 44, 2018 (executed in a letter of porosie, sent by Belgium's law enforcement authority that, on the 28.02.2018) has assigned to him the measure of personal security “Arrest to prison”.

Of the investigations conducted in Belgium, it has resulted that by December 2017, a group of Albanian citizens with temporary residences in Belgium were carrying out burglary for housing and other objects.

In all, these persons, after stealing monetary values and valuables such as gold and so on, sent them to Albania.

Four Albanian citizens in Albania and 6 other Albanian citizens in Belgium have been detained under the operation.

To this criminal group Belgian justice has assigned security measures “Arres to prison”.
