At this meeting, the Board approved the 2007 Management performance assessment, NJAB's 2020 Job Plan, as well as NJAB Strategy for 2020-22. The board also approved the management proposal for liquidating a group of social/ate companies.
Furthermore, the Board reviewed and approved the Liquidation Authority's proposal for budget approval for social enterprises in liquidation PRN066 NSh” ABC Genc” Pristina, PRN072 NSH “EUPM Evangelizing” Pristina, NewCo XIM Strezovci and MIT044 NSh “Transcosova” Mitrovica.
Two liquidation authority proposals regarding MlT042 were also approved NSH Cychavica Vushtrri (in liquidation) report on the temporary partial distribution of NSH creditors worth about 1.7 million, as well as comp041 Under Kosovaplat Gjilan (in liquidation) report on the temporary partial distribution of the NSH creditors worth 651.000 euros.
Otherwise, the next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on 30 December.
