A SHAK says even more desperate is the failure to react to responsible institutions.
The academy writes that education is one of the country's biggest failures and that its crisis is society's largest.

According to the Test Academy of P ISAʹs from our institutions should not be seen as an inconsistent indicator of the situation in education.
“P The ISA is not and cannot be taken as artificial components of education, as our institutions claim. He is an indicator that shows a situation and is never the purpose of himself, which clearly says the time has come to take responsibility, because this crisis does not house anyone”.
