The program was closed, but the final agreement is not reaching.
Following meetings of the working groups of the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo, the line to finalise the coalition agreement came to the two leaders.
For talks that were described as successful among the two parties that emerged as the first in the 6 October elections in Kosovo, a final signing was not yet given.
Meanwhile, there appears to be no legal deadline within which a coalition deal should be reached.
But the situation is different with the Convention Constituent session.
The deadlines for its call have already begun since the date of the election result.
This has even been precise in the Constitution.
Kosovo's “Convention is elected by a four-year term, starting on the day of the constitutional session, held within thirty days of the official announcement of election results”, the Constitution of Kosovo, Article 66.
The CEC has ratified the results by November 27th.
This constitutional session, led by the oldest MP, is assisted by the next legislature's deputy or deputy.
This time around, this session is expected to be led by Jahya Coca 71 and the 22-year-old Fjolla Wolfani, both from the ranks of the Vetevendosje Movement.
Meanwhile, following the election of the Speaker of the Parliament and the formal oath of MPs, it is next to the new government vote.
“Pics that there must first be one mandated by the president, who then presents him to MPs and the government cabinet proposal, and thus is voted on by MPs. While, if the vote fails in the first time, the country's president can mandate anyone considered to have the parliamentary majority”, says Artan Murati, political analyst.
Under constitutional provisions, if the vote fails again in the second time, within 45 days the country will go to the new elections.
