Vucic said that since the 1999 war with Serbia, Albanians have used their good image, created by NATO propaganda, to achieve their goals.
“They have created new national interests aimed at dominance in the Balkans. So, 28 November is Albania's national holiday, and Kurti has already warned a major march towards Tirana by attacking Edi Rama after Kurti opposes the policy of co-operation in the Balkans, politics supported by Albanian Prime Minister”, the Serbian president said.
For Greater Albania, Vucic said:
They just want it. Sometimes they would say they would unite under the roof of the EU, but they never gave up that idea. Look at Albin Kurti winning the election. There are no Kosovo flags behind it but Albania's. All ambassadors sat in that environment with him and did not worry at all,” said Vucic.
Speaking of the Balkan mini-zengen, Vucic expresses very happy that he participates.

Asked about the recent meeting with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, organised by France's head of state, Emanuel Macron, Vucic said he was not an overly optimistic person.
“We were constantly trying to find a compromise solution, but the Pristina side was not worried at all because it only wants to appeal its public opinion. They want Serbia to recognise Kosovo's independence, and as a return Serbia would get nothing,” said Vucic.
Asked if you still stand up to the idea of exchanging territories, Vucic responded to “Jo”. While asked what he would like to win for recognising Kosovo's independence, he said no such question has been raised at the moment.
