The loss of rights for her old songs continues to cause much trouble Taylor Swift.
Swift claimed on Thursday she was not allowed to sing many of her old songs in American Music Awards or toʹte in the upcoming Netflix documentary.
This is due to a continuing disagreement with the record of the songs.
Swift spoke for the first time on the issue of rights several months ago, after manager Scooter Brown received the right to her songs from the record house “Big Machine Label Group”, where Taylor recorded the songs.
I was planning to perform some of my hits over the decades. But Scott Borchette and Scooter Brown told me I'm not allowed to perform the old songs,” said Swift.
In July, Taylor considered “skenar the worst” after learning that its musical catalog had been sold to a Brown-owned company.
