Fyzullah Mustafa, from the Traffic Security Council at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MIT), said that each citizen should implement the road safety law, otherwise Kosovo Police will pronounce fines.
The law on road safety and the legal acts stemming from it are required to implement legislation. Every citizen of the Republic of Kosovo is binding as of November 15th to be equipped with winter tires and winter equipment”.
Mustafa asks drivers to take care of weather conditions as well as to measure speed compared to the weather that prevails.
One of the factors affecting road safety is the aspect of tires, so I look for all drivers instead of taking care of weather conditions, measure speed with prevailing weather conditions, and make tyres and supply winter equipment.
