Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, is hosting today's morning at the Witnesses' cemetery in Tirana.
The prime minister tries to calm himself, even in a moment with the other hand, grabs the left arm and tries not to get noticed, but the situation is out of control.
Rama may suffer from fatigue over the last few days, being on the ground after the November 26 earthquake, or it may even be a disease, follows the periscope.
