PZAP rejects VV complaint to count 392 package by vote from diaspora

The Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre has rejected the Vetevendosje Movement's complaint to count 392 packages with mail-origins coming from the diaspora, which have reached the CEC on November 12th.
The PZAP, at the session held today, has reviewed a total of 14 complaints, of them filed with the date 22.11.2019 by the political subject Vetevendosje Movement, with which the Central Election Commission has been ordered to do vetting and counting 392 packages handed down by mail from voters outside Kosovo and 13 complaints that have to make claims with management and recount of the residences at the Counting and Results Centre, the QNR report.
As it says PZAP, out of these 13 complaints, 3 has filed the VV and 10 complaints has filed with the Coalition AKR RPS.
“The complaint presented by the Vetevendosje Movement: Anr.507/2019 of the 2211,2019th drop-off is illegal. While complaints related to management and recounting of polling at the Counting Centre and Results have been placed as follows: 5 complaints have been accepted based, 1 complaint has been partially accepted based, 6 complaints have been refused unfounded, and 1 complaint has been dropped unaffordable”, the statement said.
As reported in the report, there are currently no undecided complaints in PZAP, which means that this institution has examined and set within the legal deadline all complaints accepted until this communiqué was issued.
