The Central Election Commission has announced the final results last Thursday, after which political parties have had 24 hours, respectively, until Friday, to hand in their complaints at PZAP.
The electoral panel has had 72 hours to answer the complaining parties -- the deadline that ends today.
This institution disclosed that by 10:50 on November 8th, it has received 100 complaints from political subjects and various candidates for MPs, of which there were mostly from Slobodan Petrovic's party, SLS, with 42, followed by LDK by 23, PDK 12, NISMA-AKR-PD 6, Vetevendosje Movement 5 complaints and 9 complaints by minority parties. Among the candidates for MPs who have complained to PZAP are Valon Ramadani from the Vetevendosje Movement and the Shinik Mfera by KDTP.
After accepting the decision by PZAP, political subjects who are again dissatisfied have the right to file complaints at the Supreme Court within 24 hours, then have 72 hours to decide.
After this procedure, a complaint could also be filed at the Constitutional Court, which the coalition has been able to file. NISMA-AKR-PD, has warned that it will be run due to voting packages from Serbia.
The Constitution has until four months to address eventual complaints by political subjects.
The CEC earlier stated it is pending PZAP's decisions and the Supreme Court, and that it will act in line with their decisions. After this procedure, the CEC must respect the decisions of these two institutions and determine the election results, the exact date of which is not yet known.
According to the final results published by the CEC, the winner of these elections is the Vetevendosje Movement, ahead of the LDK and the PDK, until the AAK-PSD coalition ranks in fourth place. The results have been contested by the Social Democrat Initiative, which has called them fabricated since votes from Serbia have been counted. This party, which in the election was in coalition with the AKR and the DP, according to the CEC results, has remained outside the Assembly taking 4.984% of the vote.
