The defendant B.Z., from 2010 to 16,07.2019, in Malisheva, exactly in his home without legal authorization, has conducted medical activities, calling himself a popular bio-power company “” has treated citizens with various diseases and family problems.
Also, the same from 2014 to 16,07,2019, in Malisheva, exactly in his business, acting as veterinarian and popular physician during his activity, in order to avoid tax, has not declared the circulation in ATK, where during this period it has realised the value of 30,216.45 euros, with the budget of the Republic of Kosovo budget being damaged at 2,3983 euros.
With these actions, there is good-based suspicion that the defendant has fulfilled elements of criminal acts “The illegal exercise of medical or pharmaceutical activity” and “Avoiding taxation”.
The defendant B.Z., from 2016 to the end of 2018 in Malisheva, with the aim of illegally benefiting wealth, cheats the other person, injured U.S. G., where the same one had family problems, the defendant convinced him that he will heal it where he first prepares it for a few talismans and, later, others, where the injured person is thus subjected to damage worth 6,000 euros.
With these actions there is good-based doubt that the defendant has fulfilled elements of the criminal act “Deception”.
The defendant F.Z., in the summer of 2018 in Malisheva, with the aim of illegal profitability of wealth, has damaged St. G., that she will discover some of her sister's messages if you don't send her the amount of money she wants, so she asks the injuredr for 30,000 euros.
After being damaged, he does not send the required money, convey the same messages to his sister's husband, as if about his wife's morality.
With these actions there is good-based suspicion that the defendant has fulfilled elements of the criminal act “Surface”.
The prosecutor has proposed to the Constitutional Court in Gjakova that defendants B.Z., and F.Z., be punished according to the law for criminal acts that are imposed on him.
