The Central Election Commission (KQZ) has started payments to members of the decision-making councils and technical staff who have been engaged in the October 6th 2019 elections.
CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has said that by now the lists of persons engaged in 22 municipalities have been submitted to the Ministry of Finance.
“Until now the lists for engaged persons have been sent to the Ministry of Finance: Decan, Gjakova, Drinas, Istog, Kacanik, Kline, Fushe Kosovo, Mitrovica, Lipjan, Obilic, Peja, Skenderaj, Suhareka, Vushtrri, Zubin-Potok, Junik, Mamusa, Han of Elez, Gracanica, Ranilugug, Partesh and Klokot”, he said.
Elez has said that because of some technical error, money may not be transferred to anyone.
But according to him, for this problem they can head to the Municipal Election Commissions in the respective municipalities.
