However, just days after Andre Gomes suffered a terrible injury when he broke his leg in the Everton-Tottenham match, another serious incident occurred in “Molineux”.
Late in the second half, Jimenez tried to hit with scissors inside the penalty area, but ended up hitting Kenan Bajricin's head.
Bajric remained unconscious and was treated in the field for about 10 minutes.
Bratislava's goalkeeper immediately placed his associate in a position of recovery to prevent the tongue from being swallowed.
