The move puts an end to speculations linking the French, 70-year-old, with a return to management as Bayern Munichu coach, Periscop reports.
Wenger left the “Topchiat” in May 2018, after 22 years towards the club, three titles at Premier League and seven FA trophies.
“Mazi expected to take up the new role in this extremely important challenge,” said Wenge.
