Today's decision comes after another ruling a Swedish court made in June that declared that Assange who denies accusations should not be arrested, writes The Guardian, records Periscope.
Two months earlier, 48-year-old from Australia was expelled from the Ecuadoran Embassy in London, where he had been since 2012. He was arrested immediately and recently serving a 50-week sentence in London's Belmash prison because of his escape.
He is also fighting extradition to the US, a state that accuses him of publishing classified documents. /Periscope
