Montenegrin Minister: The initiative: KMini-segen, waste of time

Economy Minister in Montenegro Dragica, Sekulic, has said on Monday that the <x0mini-sengen” initiative would be an energy loss and that her country has long since opened the “borders” and removed trade barriers for its neighbours. She added that Montenegro is a member of CEFTA, the Agreement [...]
She added that Montenegro is a member of CEFTA (6), the Free Trade Agreement in Central Europe, an initiative that guarantees free circulation of people and goods in the Western Balkans.
I understand the initials. These are countries that, because of various trade barriers that have been placed on each other, probably need new initiative to do what we have long done, she said.
She also added that Montenegro's citizens have the right to travel to any country in the region except Croatia, using only their identity cards.
Otherwise, the Ohrid Summit is an initiative of the prime ministers of Albania and Northern Macedonia, Edi Rama and Zoran Zaev, along with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
This is an initiative aimed at creating a common economic zone where there would be free flow of goods, services, citizens and capital.
The initiative came days after France's president, Emmanuel Macron, blocked the opening of negotiations for northern Macedonia and Albania.
Other Western Balkan states have refused to engage in this initiative, saying the only road ahead is EU integration.
