Only one of four Albanian deputy prime ministers has managed to get enough votes to become an MP. Enver Hoxhaj of The PDK has received 1157 votes, which had enough to make it 10th on the party's list of deputies. Although there were more votes than Hoxhaj, Social Democrat Initiative Chairman Fatmir Limaj has failed to become MP because the Initiative coalition has failed to become an MP. - The AKR-PD has passed the threshold to become parliamentary subject. Limaj has received 26014 votes as candidate for prime minister from this coalition. The number two of this coalition, Behgjet Pacolli, who was deputy prime minister and foreign minister, will also remain outside the Assembly. He has received 10525 votes. The fourth deputy prime minister and outgoing Minister Dardan Gashi was not part of any candidate list for deputy.
As for the ministers coming from the AAK ranks, Rrustem Berisha, who leads with the Ministry of Defence, has received 4972 votes, insufficient to be placed at 14 most voted in the AAK coalition- PSD to become an MP. On the other hand, outgoing Minister of Infrastructure Pal Lekaj has received 10351 votes to win the deputy's mandate once again.
Unlike former partners in the PAN coalition, the PDK ministers proved more successful. From the PDK, the most voted minister was the Ismajli Health Bridge, with 28250 votes. Bedri Hamza, the outgoing minister of finance, has received 15471 votes. In the PDK, enough votes for MPs have also been received by Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Kujtim Gashi, with 13335 votes and the Ministry of Justice's Abelard Tahiri with 14579 votes. In contrast, the vote has received European Integration Minister Donus Hoxha. The one with 2993 votes managed to enter among the 25 most voted PDK candidates. Muzafer Shala of innovation was no candidate at all.
Even six outgoing ministers failed to get the votes to become MPs. Skender Recica, Andrew Shala, Ekrem Mustafa, Valdrin Luka and Fatmir Matoshi along with their parties in the Initiative coalition - The AKR-PD was left out of the Assembly. Nor did Shyqiri Bytyqi, who was in the Initiative, pass before the PSD elections. Of these ministers, the most voted was Andrew Shala, who led the Ministry of Commerce. He got 6819 votes. Matosh, who led the Ministry of Environment, received 4280 votes. Skender Recica, the outgoing minister of Labour and Social Management, has received 3597 votes as a member of the Initiative. Even Economic Development Minister Valdrin Luka failed as part of this coalition by 2851 votes. The Bytyqi rival who led the Education received 2323 votes in total. The biggest failure belongs to Ekrem Mustafa, who -- even though he was minister of Internal Affairs -- totally received only 774 votes.
