The executive director of the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI), Ismet Kryeziu, has reacted to the publishing of the judges' names on the part of the Vetevendosje (LVV) Movement for refusing the latter's request for counting votes coming from the diaspora.
The VV has issued a media communiqué that has mentioned the names of judges who have ignored the Supreme Court ruling and the right of voters from abroad.
The mayor through a Facebook post said that the VV with the publication of the judges' names is putting pressure on PZAP.
Kryeziu's full delivery:
PZAP is the institution made up of judges who decide the election issues for which there is disagreement, and from which we are expected to have, right decisions and not favourable decisions.
Therefore, by PZAP's decisions, there may also be losers, and we may not all be satisfied. Each Decision PZAP also contains the names of the judicial panel, but exposure of their names to public through party communiqués considers they are the form of pressure given to these penalists to do their work independently and with integrity.
