The chairman of the National Council of Initiatives, Jakup Krasniqi, says the Supreme Court's decision should not be seen as either defeat or victory for anyone.
He says that with that decision, Kosovo won judicial security.
Krasniqi on a Facebook note says that with this decision, he has neither won nor lost an MP because, as he says, the number of MPs has appointed him sovereign.

A SUCH NO HUMBY ♪ JUREDIC SURICE
Today's decision by the Supreme Court of Kosovo, which left PZAP's decision to cancel the vote smuggled by Serbia, no one should see it as political defeat or victory. No one has won or lost MP, their number has been appointed as sovereign. The decision is Kosovo's legal victory, which warns judicial security for every citizen of our Republic. This decision is constitutional and legal, independent and professional, which deserves to be greeted by all, by politics and individuals of any nation, ethnic or religious grouping.
Every citizen's legal security is guaranteed only where decisions are supported by laws in power. In any court ruling that does not stem from law, judicial security is lacking. Where legal security is lacking, so is the rule of law. Where the rule of law is lacking, arbitrability and uncertainty for citizens rules. Wherever there are referees there are judicial uncertainty, civic uncertainty and civil rebellion,
Our country needs and awaits legal security for its citizens.
In the rule of law, where democracy prevails and rules, judicial security should be available not only to humans but also to animals.
In the case we are speaking, it is good that NISMA Social Democrat has shown high professionalism to protect constitutionality and legitimacy in Kosovo. We are convinced that where the law is respected, the victory is all, so there are no losers and losers. The winning election party must strongly support the protection of law and legitimacy and seek this positive practice in respect of the law.
I am convinced that this decision more needs to be enjoyed by those who not a few times have faced the law, and especially have to feel good about major political parties expected to rule with the country.
Major political parties in Kosovo should view the commitment of smaller political parties as guarantees of legitimacy and democracy. And the commitment must be respected with sincerity and generosity! Doing so, they show that a new beginning is beginning in Kosovo, otherwise in “rea” is being covered old. Kosovo, it really needs a new start.
We, the Social Democrats wherever we are, with all our political, intellectual and professional capacities, will be without the pardon, Guardian of the rule of law. Just like we were freedom fighters!
We, the Social Democrats, will be Guardian of the constitutionality and legitimacy of you?
