Haradinaj decorates the dependence he did not report on the deportation of Turkish citizens?

Also, a report by the parliamentary investigative Commission in the case of the expulsion of Turkish citizens had recorded that 31 violations have been made, which were made on the 29 March day when Turkish citizens were arrested and deported.

The report found several violations committed by Kosovo Police during this operation to arrest and expel Turkish citizens:

The Directorate for Migration and Foreign Assistance (DMH), under the Kosovo Police, has issued orders for the departure of six Turkish citizens, without meeting any of the conditions set by Article 97, par.1 of Law No. 04/l-2019 for foreigners.

Some police officials have not informed Turkish citizens of their right to legal protection and to contact family members. This failure to report represents violation of Code No. 04/L-23 of the Criminal Procedure, Article 13, par1 and the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, Article 29 par.2 and 3.

Some other police officials did not take appropriate measures to inform Turkish citizens of their rights in Turkish, even though these officials had observed firsthand that some of the Turkish citizens did not understand Albanian. This represents violations of Article 13, par1. Penal Procedure Code and Article 29, par2. And 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.

Police officials decided to facilitate border control in the case of six Turkish citizens, even though the legal conditions for such relief were not met, defined with Article 16, par.1 and 2 of the State Border Control Law.

All six Turkish citizens were arrested and expelled by a Turkish Intelligence Service plane on March 29th last year, just hours after they were arrested by Kosovo Police in co-operation with the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (AKI).

Currently, a Turkish court has sentenced 2 out of 6 Turkish citizens deported by Kosovo to prison. Osman Karakaya and Cihan Ozkan have been sentenced to 7 years and six months in prison. They were accused of belonging to the Fentullah Gulen hodge organisation, which has been declared terrorist by Turkey.

We remember that the two security institutions headed by Shpend Maximu, Kosovo Police and the Kosovo Intelligence Agency were involved in major scandals. It is noteworthy to mention the theft of 25.3kg of gold in the Witness Room in Pec and the murder last year within the AKI premises, where an internal security official killed an officer of the buffet./Periscopi/
