“E has filed a complaint relating to the Supreme Court's decision about the diaspora vote that they have reached after the constitutional deadline of”.
The Supreme Court in this case in the opinion of our judgment has made the illegal decision because the rules have determined that votes from the diaspora reach until October 5th, while votes from the diaspora have reached over a week after the deadline, and thus are illegal”.
We requested that legitimacy be protected. This is the Initiative's battle for the legality of the election process, and not for the Initiative as far as the threshold is concerned, because we've passed it”.
