Al-Bara Shishan, who has Georgian citizenship, was arrested near the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, announced through a statement Ukraine Security Service. Shishan served as Abu Omar al-Sishani's deputy, for whom the Pentagon had said he was the minister of the ISIS war.
After he was killed in 2016, the arrested person had already fled to Turkey and with a forged passport had managed to travel to Ukraine, where he had continued to serve for ISIS.
