She said if PZAP does not make decisions about any other recount; then the CEC is ready to certified the final results.
We'll finally announce the final results tomorrow. Candidates and political subjects have 24 hours to complain. If PZAP doesn't make a decision about a recount then we're willing to prioritize results”.
