Kadri Wessel's adviser, Avni Bytyci, has reacted sharply to LDK-VVV, accusing these two parties of saying it was precisely those who had been blocking for four years the adoption of the new regulation, which would empower the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo in line with its constitutional role.
He said that after all this time two MPs from this party have participated in the activity organised today by the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI) where the issue of the Parliament's regulation is discussed, which according to him is a hypocrisy.
Here is full status:
What hypocrisy by VV and LDK!
Today, with activity organised by the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI), the issue of the Parliament's regulation has been discussed. A very important legal act for the procedures and internal functioning of the most important legislative institution.
I mean, I'm sorry. Albulen Haxhiu (VV) and Mr. Remember Zemaj (LDK). The two main figures from the two parties that have effectively blocked the passage of new regulations in the last four years.
Mrs. Albulen Haxhiu and Mr. Arben Gashj instructed by their parties are personally committed to sabotage collective work several years old led by the National Democratic Institute (NDI), supported by Chief Parliamentary Veseli.
The regulation project that has been designed with great effort by some group of interest and experience in different areas has been hampered by the continuation of these two parties that did not go through the session.
For four years, the VV and LDK have hampered the adoption of the new regulation, which would empower the Kosovo Republic Assembly in accordance with its constitutional role. It would empower control and surveillance mechanisms and make the lecture processes more efficient.
And now, after all that time they're thinking that their presence in power legitimizes those who have been prevented from supporting it now.
But don't forget that these parties and minorities won't have 2/3 needed to pass regulations without opposition. About The PDK is clear that we will not serve directors of state institutions.
