“In the town of Pristina we are completing the last training of the fourth phase within the “program Coca-Cola supports youth”, which is estimated to be the largest ever for Kosovo youth. While a total framework of this programme since the beginning of the implantation has been selected around 900 young people”, Neritan Tyre, executive director of Coca-Cola HBC Kosova, has stated.
Among other stories of success is the Thaci Stand, which after completing training has started practical work on one of the microfinance institutions in Kosovo. She said that during training “Coca-Cola alongside Youth” has learned a lot about soft skills and business skills that has enabled her to be more prepared and manage to find a job.
The “Picts that were affected under this training were really very welcome to me, so much they have given me a boost to self-confidence that they have helped me get the courage to apply for jobs in different countries.
Among other important points that helped me in this training was preparing for interviews, namely the part of how to speak with confidence, how to look, then verbal and a lot of other things. All of this applied to job interviews and, as you realize, I've already started the practical work in FINCA, microfinancial banks, thanks to this training because it gave me the right confidence that I had previously had a weak point of”, Thaci Stand said.
This phase of training was organised in cities: Ferizaj, Peja, Pristina, where there were a total of 5 weeks of training. Under the slogan learn, learn, run, each training has taken three days each group.
