During the day there have been many reactions regarding the Nobel Prize for Literature winner, and among them is Kosovo Ambassador to America Vlora Citaku, who considers it unacceptable that this award be given to Peter Handkes, a writer who worshiped Slobodan Milosevic.
Chitaku also had some replicas with writer Selman Rushdie, who has agreed with what the ambassador for Handken had said.
Dear Salman, I believe you have read the news about the latest Nobel Prize laureate for literature. I'm shocked. It's a facial blow to all victims of the Milosevic regime”, Citaku wrote.
Meanwhile, the world-renowned British writer says he wrote about Handke's ideology 20 years ago and that he agrees with what Nobel Prize is being awarded is an insult to Milosevic's victims.
