White House: The decision to blame Donald Trump is unconstitutional

The White House issued a statement in which it says that a <x0-unconstitutional search” for the withdrawal of President Donald Trump and said he refused to co-operate in an investigation launched by the Democrats in the US House of Representatives, for which he was not voted in that Chamber. The eight-page letter, signed by White House lawyer Pat Cipalone, was sent to the head of the US House of Representatives, Democrat Nancy Pelosi, and Democrat heads of the Commission for Intelligence, Foreign Affairs and Supervisory.
Pelosi says the withdrawal investigation is constitutional and that no vote is required at this time by the US House of Representatives.
White House claims that all three investigations into American history against President Andrew Johnson, Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton included the House of Representatives votes and that this should serve as a precedent for the withdrawal of President Donald Trump.
