Acting Foreign Minister Gent Cakaj also spoke of his vote in Kosovo's October 6th snap elections as its citizen.
After a provocation by journalist Sokol Balla that perhaps his vote went “damage” alluding that he did not vote for Albin Kurti, Cakaj said his vote is secret and that he well understands his provocation with the question.
Cakaj, however, added that Albin Kurti is welcome in Tirana and institutional co-operation should be further deepened between the two countries.
“Vote in Kosovo? I can't find out my vote. We are available to deepen co-operation with Kosovo. Albin Kurti is welcome in Tirana, and the doors of institutions are open to”, Cakaj said
