In his Facebook report, he writes that thousands of votes of fellow countrymen will be counted.
“Minutes of papers of fellow countrymen kept blocked will be counted”- writes Rrustemi.
Under the Supreme Court's ruling, 4 thousand and 639 votes will be counted.
