A conflict between two persons and then the involvement of a third has been reportedly due to a plea.
The journalist reports that the incident had begun after one person had helped a relative vote while a third person entered with the reason that the person was not helping the other but was imposing the vote on a certain party.
Intervention of police members present at the polling center has contributed to the failure of the clash, and the situation has returned to normality.
