The famous singer seems not to perform his civic duty.
Kosovo today elects the new prime minister and the first votes have only begun, writes news.net.
However, despite this renowned Albanian singer Robert Berisha seems not to be imposing his duty as a citizen.
Through a few posts in the Instagram he showed he's in America. Robert is very busy with concerts through and running where there are Albanians.
