Malaga has made an official request to the Second Spanish Division that their next match against Cadiz be postponed due to the lack of players available.
The Loos Albicelestes are without 13 first team players, with six of them Lorenzo Gonzalez, Munir, Mikel Villanueva, Juanpi Añor, Caidi Bare and Ramon Enriquez .
Six others -- Cifu, Diego Gonzalez, Renato Santos, Louis Hernandez, Louis Munoz and Badr Boulahroud -- have been hurt, while Adrian Gonzalez is disfellowshipped because of the cartoons, the news goes.net.
As a result, it means Malaga has only 11 senior players available for this weekend's game at La Rosalada.
In spite of the large number of players missing on their team, however, the club is said to be pessimistic about their chances of postponing the match, with rules specifying that the matches will not shift to another date due to harming players, ill, suspended or in international office.
On the other hand, the league will consider delaying a match if a club cannot have 11 players because of unforeseen circumstances.
