ProCredit Bank and Marigona Hill sh.p. to sign agreements on financing the bank's clients for the purchase of the apartment/house in the Marigona Hill neighbourhood under preferential conditions.

The ProCredit Bank supports financing up to 80% of the Marigon Hill real estate trade price at an effective interest rate of 3.7%.
