According to the indictment, defendant A.M., on 6 October 13:20 minutes in Mamusa at the 3201A poll at primary school “Anadolu” violates the secret of voting for Kosovo Parliament MP, in that way that after voting ballot via mobile phone “Samsung Galaxy J3” takes a picture and then posts it on the social network “Facebook”
With these actions, there is good-based doubt that defendant A.M. has fulfilled the elements of the criminal act “Containing the secrecy of the vote” according to the KPRK. The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment's establishment has proposed to the court that the defendant be found guilty and be convicted by law, for criminal acts to be charged with.
