DnV estimates that the counting process is under way within regular time terms, so the CEC according to them should not rush to verify the envelopes coming from Serbia before the prosecution publishes the results from the investigation of these envelopes and pave the way for verification and counting them.

Democracy in Action ( DnV is conveying the process of verifying over 3,500 envelopes coming from Serbia. Due to the sensitivity and complexity of this process, especially in the wake of the CEC staff's health complaints committed to this operation, DnV urges the CEC to proceed with verifying these envelopes only after the security and health of the responsible staff is guaranteed.

Now at the conclusion of the counting process, DnV invites justice institutions to investigate cases which are considered deliberate attempts to manipulate the election outcome so that no positive assessment on the prosperity of the elections is tarnished and citizens' confidence in the election process is not wavered.
