Witnesses say they've heard gunshots. A police helicopter has been seen above this city's sky as well.
Officials say they have handcuffed the first suspect, but a woman, still on the run, writes The Mirror, translates Periscope.
The suspect man wore a pair of green military trousers, a coloured jacket and a protective vest.
Police forces have not said whether the incident is being treated as a deliberate attack. /Periscope
