The European Union was unable to show leadership, courage and strategic vision. Do not make bold decisions undermine EU stability, predictability and credibility in the eyes of our partners and friends”, McAllister said.
McAllister added that the EU has failed to test its ability to meet its commitments.

Our <x0) decisions have made our European friends and allies fail. The window of opportunity opened by the Prespa historic agreement and judicial reform in Albania is closing”, he added.
McAllister stressed that a small minority on the Council is responsible for the fact that Europe is divided, rather than advancing towards unity and reconciliation in the Western Balkans. These member states have also discredited the position of the European Parliament, which supports the unconditional opening of negotiations”. / A T S/
