Salzburg football player has earlier rejected the invitation of Kosovo and Albania, until he has expressed a desire to represent Austria.
At the last two Austrian gatherings, Valqi has not figured on the list.
According to the regulation, however, Albanian football player still has the right to play for one of the Albanian representatives. /Periscopi/
