The former head of Gjilan from the PDK ranks, simultaneously head of the party, Qajel Mustafa, has talked about the serious situation the municipality of Gjilan is experiencing in connection with water supply.
Mustafa, on the “Dosier D” show at RTV Dukagjini, has said that the extraordinary decline in the level of Plepnica is local neglect, but according to him, some of the blame is also central.
There has been a lack of co-ordination between local and central levels for this matter. The priorities in Gjilan have been missed, as well as in many other municipalities and at the central level of”.
He has said that even in Gjilan millions have come to asphalt, not to water as the most essential element of life.
The former mayor of Gjilan has said President Haziri has been chosen to take care of Gjilan, but, according to him, he was more concerned with reinforceing his positions in the LDK.
