Renowned journalist Wisar Durqi thinks that Diaspora would have to enjoy the right to vote, calling them incompetent.
The diaspora also didn't want to enjoy the right of voting, for the simplest reason possible: they're deciding for a government that they don't bear the consequences of their own, but with their ability to vote that they showed it in this election, they deserve to give it a test first before they brushed me off with the ballot.
