Inter midfielder Stefano Sens is outside Italy's Euro 2020 qualifications with Greece and Liechtenstein, having suffered an injury against Juventus.
Sensie left in the first half during the 2-1 defeat of the Inter against you in Derby détalia last night.
FIGC announced Monday morning that the player would not join Italy's team.
Instead, the 24-year-old will stay in Milan for his recovery before the next match by Nerrazzuri versus Sassuolo on 20 October.
