But even though they had always talked about large corrupt relatives, such a thing had never been witnessed to Xhafer Tahiri and his family.
Indexline has provided an exclusive video where Xhafer Tahiri's brother is clearly seen, negotiating construction permits in Vushtrri and taking cash as a bribe.
At two separate meetings, according to this video, Salih Tahiri speaks of large sums of money and “cash capture” for providing construction permits.
The son-in-law doesn't say anything.
Along with his associate builder, who seems to be upbuilding, he is heard talking about another builder providing a construction permit in exchange for asking for his car and residence.
You have your reward. I'm the one whose apartment Salih was given to or how many of us are not. I'm interested in this. I want peace.
They even speak of sending construction inspectors who use them as a means of blackmail to builders.
It wasn't until the day you took it, you were the one who told X-ray Tahiri's brother.

But this video also mentions “Hajia”, Xhafer Tahiri's dad, who, from the way Xhafer Tahiri's brother speaks of him, implies that he is competing in “during the bribe and has begun to complain about him as Chairman of Vushtrriza Xhafer Tahir.
Regarding this tender, Xhafer Tahiri's brother says he has complained to the one who has done extra work.
And whose manager is he?
“Hagia bre. Is Haxhia, dadic? Is Haxhia a good husband to you too? How much did Haxhia turn on me? Yes.”, continues their conversation, with the confirmation of Salih Tahiri, which Xhafer Tahir's dad has received 2,500 euros.

Salih Xhaferi has been his brother's personal driver, Chairman Xhafer Tahiri, at the time he was recorded here negotiating the delivery of construction permits.
Salih Tahiri's conduct in this video testifies to a structured criminal group within the Wushtrri Community, including the closest people to President Xhafer Tahiri, as well as officials of urbanism and cadastre.
Xhaferr Tahiri's brother also confirms his brother's great influence on this video, the Chairman of Vushtrri, Xhafer Tahiri, who is a close friend of Vjosa Osman, the LDK candidate for prime minister.
In the 2017 local elections, Vjosa Osmani had stayed in Vushtrri all the time to personally support Xhafer Tahiri.
